At AELS we feel it is our responsibility to deliver services that bring value on many levels. We have therefore developed a quality system that governs all of our activities. We see our quality system as a living organism that will grow and refine itself as AELS' experiences grow and our R&D activities produce results.
AELS' quality system for aerospace materials recycling is based on three key elements. Our clients look to AELS to process their material streams according to this system. We aim for all our services and processes to maximize cash, green and safety.
Cash
Adding to and increasing the value of the waste materials through integrated process solutions and recognized documentation is our primary focus. Through our knowledge, experience and network we offer profitable processing solutions to our clients. Our knowledge of materials means we know what value waste streams have and how to best process and transport them to increase this value throughout the process. The experience we've gained so far means we can come with fit-for-purpose solutions for our clients at competitive prices. And our network helps us provide our services swiftly, decreasing the burden on our clients. In short, we pay good money for your materials.
Green
AELS is constantly looking to innovate its processes. We work in close cooperation with partners to develop new and improved processes to lower the environmental impact and increase your revenue. We build on our network to find the best available solutions for your materials. By keeping the
environmental impact of our activities as low as possible we decrease the carbon footprint of your business. We are also registered with VIHB, the Dutch list for companies that arrange waste disposal and recovery, putting us under the directive of the Dutch environmental laws. Recognized as some of the strictest environmental laws in the world.
Safety
Safety is part of the aerospace material services on several levels. The most important, in our business is aviation safety. AELS has a unique process that guarantees destruction of aircraft components. This prevents bogus parts in the aviation industry. Another safety element is transport. We have a VIHB registration which means that we are recognized by the Dutch authorities as safe transporters of waste materials. We also see it as our duty to ensure that all involved in the processes work in a safe environment. The safety of our people is essential. We work according to regulations but we will take it upon ourselves to expand on them where they seem not to fit the necessary processes.
