The disassembly
and dismantling of an aircraft is a process with many risks. AELS is aware of
these risks. The safety of our employees has the highest priority. 
Every
project will therefore start with a risk assessment. All temporary employees
will be trained prior to start with all the regulations that are of order. Also
no work will start until all the needed safety precautions are executed.
