Environment gets AELS' continuous attention
Minimizing environmental impact is one of AELS' core competencies. During the disassembly and dismantling process there are several potential environmental critical situations. AELS knows where hazardous materials are used in an aircraft. AELS knows how to deal with these materials, not only to prevent the environment but also to protect its employees. Our research and development is focused on minimising environmental impact.
The process
can also highly influence your corporate identity when not executed in a method
similar to that of AELS. Next to this it creates a great opportunity to
underline the green identity of your company. You can read more about this
here.
AELS is
currently in the process of acquiring an ISO 9001 and 14001 certification. This
underlines the vision of the continuous improvement of the process and of
minimising any possible negative environmental impact. AELS is also a member of
the AFRA association. The AFRA association is founded by
several companies and aims to improve the global standard of aircraft
dismantling. AFRA's mission is:
"An International Association to Improve Aircraft Industry Sustainability"
