The end-of-life
decision report is the centre of the end-of-life decision support given by
AELS. AELS assists you in determining the best end-of-life strategy for your
aircraft. The information provided in the report is generated by the end-of-life
decision tool and is structured by one of the consultants of AELS. The main
focus of this report is on the revenues that can be achieved by selling or
re-using the parts on the aircraft and additional information to support this
decision.
The report will be structured in a normal report fashion an introduction followed by chapters and a conclusion at the end. At the beginning of each report a management summary will also be given for those who are always short in time.
The report will be supported with graphs and detailed information in the appendix. Next to a paper version of the report you will receive a digital version and some presentation slides which you can use to make your own presentation, for example to your management team. Of course we are more than delighted to give such a presentation ourselves when requested.
