Aircraft Interiors International - Interiors Recycling |

Encyclopedia of Aerospace Engineering
AELS founder Derk-Jan van Heerden and TU Delft professor Ricky Curran wrote a chapter in the Encyclopedia of Aerospace Engineering, published by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. The chapter is titled Value Extraction from End-of-life Aircraft. The article describes how the niche in which AELS is active is structured and describes challenges and opportunities. It sets the academic basis for future research and defines the different elements of the end-of-life recycling process.
