AELS has become a certified apprenticeship employer. AELS received this certification after achieving a postive result of an audit by Kenteq. The audit by this Dutch organization is focused on capabilities, knowledge, manpower and structure of the company. AELS is very proud that we passed this audit successfully. With this certification AELS can offer students an apprenticeship which is required to become an official certified aerospace engineer. The disassembly and dismantling of aircraft is a great school of learning for these students.
