On
November 14th a new aircraft shop will open up at Schiphol Plaza.
Aviation enthusiasts can buy various aviation souvernirs here such as
scale models and t-shirts. Biggest eye catcher of the shop will be the
DC-9 nose section, where visitors can walk through and even take a seat
in the cockpit. At the entrance of the shop a DC-10 landing gear and
engine are also on display. AELS assisted Schiphol in the purchase and
transportation of these items, while providing key support during the
rebuilding of the items towards final display.
