Improving the process and optimizing your revenue
AELS is
continuously improving its processes and looking for ways to
improve your revenue. The research is executed in close cooperation with
several institutions like the Delft University of Technology. The department of Aerospace
Engineering is a source of extensive knowledge on aircraft systems,
constructions and materials. We work side by side with them to improve our processes and
lower environmental impacts.
The Erasmus
University Rotterdam is another partner. An example of this cooperation is the
research on the extended producer responsibility legislation in the aviation
sector. You can download a summary of this research.
The focus of the R&D is divided in four areas:
- Finding ways to add value to our client's end-of-life aircraft
- Further development ofthe end-of-life decision tool
- Further development of the disassembly and dismantling process, improve the process to lower cost, improve employee safety, and air safety.
- Improve the process to lower the environmental impact
