Aircraft End-of-Life Solutions (AELS) provides a total ‘End-of-Life’-solution for (old) aircraft. From defining the strategy, the disassembly and dismantling of the aircraft, the recycling of materials, to the sale of components.
We are a young and fast growing company with customers all over the world and are located in Zoetermeer (office) and Woensdrecht (disassembly and dismantling location).

Job description:

You will be managing the disassembly and dismantling of aircraft together with your manager. It can occur that you are the only AELS-person present at a project on our own location in Woensdrecht or elsewhere in the world. Your first project will probably be in Spain or Germany. You will coordinate with all stakeholders (such as suppliers, airport, and customers) to make sure that the aircraft is disassembled and that the mechanics can work efficiently by arranging tooling, packing material, housing etc. You keep an eye on the quality of delivered work, check the weather and react to changes and make sure the project is executed safely and within time and budget.


You are at the start of your career and have finished your University of Applied Sciences (Dutch: hbo). You have proven experience in managing a team and/or organizing projects/events, either professionally or other, that were complex (multiple stakeholders) and required keeping several people motivated in a stressful environment.

HBO aviation, logistics or similar/comparable;
Starter (max 2 years of experience);
Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus;
In possession of a driver’s license B;
Don’t mind being abroad and have flexible work hours;
Affinity with aviation, experience is not required;
Acceptable driving distance to both Zoetermeer and Woensdrecht from your residence;
A certificate of good conduct.
